Day 1

2nd day guided tour of Ostuni

Known as the White City, Ostuni is a city whose old town is perched on a steep hill and appears to visitors as a fairy crib.
In addition to the old town you can visit a number of medieval rural structures such as mills cut into the rock and old farmhouses, immersed in centuries-old olive groves.

Path to the discovery of the beautiful old town with its narrow streets, between the houses painted with lime. Ostuni will charm you with its old town, which leads directly to the strategic angles from which to admire breathtaking views. Ostuni is in fact situated in front of the Adriatic Sea and surrounded by lush countryside and olive groves, to be admired from the highest point of the city, where there is the famous Cathedral Romanesque - Gothic old town stands on white.
In the wonderful village we find the ducal palace Zevallos in the neoclassical style that is distinguished by its immense size stone enclosed by a prospectus fairly simple and straightforward.

Visit and tasting of olive oil in an oil mill cooperative of Ostuni.

Transfer for lunch in a typical farmhouse set in the countryside under the shade of olive trees.

Afternoon: Return to Gallipoli

Evening: Return to Torre Lapillus

3rd day visit of Lecce.

The route starts from Porta Napoli (or Arch of Charles V) , one of the three gates of the city to follow via Palmieri where we meet the Paisiello Theatre.
Then will be the time of the Basilica of the Holy Cross, the emblem of Lecce Baroque with the adjacent Palace of Celestine.
It continues with a visit to St. Horace Square where you can see the Roman Amphitheatre, the ' Obelisk of St. Horace, the Seat of the Nobles, the church of San Marco and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie.
The route proceeds to the Church of St. Irene.
Continue to Piazza Duomo, which, with the Cathedral, the Bishop's Palace, the Episcopal seminary and the Bell Tower, one of the highest in Europe, is a real town church.

Visit to a wine cellar with tasting .

Afternoon: Return to Gallipoli

4 - Day Tour of Gallipoli with tasting typical farm

Tour of Gallipoli, the "beautiful city " located on the Ionian coast of Salento. You will discover this wonderful seaside town with unique views and much of its picturesque historic center with its narrow streets that suddenly appear on the ramparts and the sea. This city has numerous valuable monuments of historical and artistic interest such as the cathedral and with the numerous palaces, testimony of the prosperous past.

The Old Town, the historical center has an extreme charm, situated on an island formed by white limestone cliffs, Galipoli center is connected to the Village (the new part) by a bridge. The historical center is made from narrow streets, with white lime and beige dominate the tufa stone in the intricate fabric of narrow streets of the center, alternating with sudden views, spectacular sea.

To see the greek-roman fountain, located near the fishmongers of the fish market at the beginning of the bridge and the castle Angevine.
