Getting around in Salento

If you are travelling by car or by train it will take you several hours to reach Salento, but the connections are simple thanks to the highway network and superhighways that connect Puglia and Salento to the rest of Italy. You can admire the wonderful blue sea of Salento by driving along its fantastic 250 Km long coast, in one hour you can travel from the Ionian to the Adriatic coast.

BY CAR

The car is definitely the best means of transport to discover the area. It is very easy to travel by car and reach the selected destination, there are many small towns close to each other, sometimes you have to cross small villages and towns to reach the destination. BY BUS

There are various connections, especially in the summer between the touristic destinations of Salento. The province offers bus connecting the two coasts and inland villages. BY TRAIN
